The Agreement

Non-Disclosure Agreement

By accepting this agreement, you ("Voice Artist") agree to the following terms with Sayless ("Platform") and any businesses ("Clients") whose scripts you record:

1. Identity Protection. Your real identity will never be disclosed to Clients or the public by the Platform. Clients are prohibited from attempting to identify or publicly associate any recording with a specific Voice Artist.

2. Non-Disclosure by Voice Artist. You agree not to publicly disclose, claim, or imply that any recording you create through the Platform is your work. This includes social media, portfolios, resumes, and verbal disclosure.

3. Recording Ownership. Upon acceptance and payment, recordings become the property of the Client for their stated commercial use. The Client may not resell, sublicense, or use recordings for purposes other than those described in the script posting.

4. Mutual Privacy. Both parties agree that the working relationship facilitated through the Platform is confidential. Neither party will disclose the existence of their specific working arrangement.

5. Duration. This agreement remains in effect indefinitely from the date of acceptance and survives the termination of your account.

Terms of Service

By using Sayless, you agree to provide authentic voice recordings, maintain professional quality standards, and adhere to deadlines on claimed scripts. The Platform reserves the right to suspend accounts that consistently deliver below-standard work or violate community guidelines.

Minimum payment for any script is $25 USD. Payment is processed after Client acceptance. The Platform does not guarantee a minimum number of available scripts or earnings.
